Mr. Rudewick formed Optimal Facility Management Solutions, LLC (OFMS) in March, 2009. Prior to forming OFMS, Mr. Rudewick spent thirteen years in the energy industry, most recently with Constellation Energy, the largest wholesale and retail electricity supplier in the U.S.

During his tenure at Constellation, Mr. Rudewick held various positions in both the wholesale and retail sides of the business.

Prior to Constellation, Mr. Rudewick was part of the Project Finance and Power and Utilities group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where he participated in the financing of 16 power plants and a natural gas pipeline.
